ASU HR Analytics Reporting - Your Strategic Partner

The Human Resources Analytics Department provides HR data analytics to further the operational and strategic vision of The New American University by collaborating with internal and external partners at ASU. It collects data and examines these data points to understand how they relate, what trends or patterns exist, why those patterns exist, and how they might change in the future. This provides strategic and predictive insight to managers to use in their workforce-related decision making.  Example of Dashboards – BrassRing Aggregate Dashboard – ASU & Department Recruitment BrassRing data including time to fill, applicant pool data on advertising choices, gender, and ethnicity data for the past five calendar years.
