Workday Dress Rehearsal: Employee Direct Access

Welcome to the Workday Dress Rehearsal for the ASU Workday project.

We are excited for you to explore Workday HCM by trying out everyday tasks and sharing feedback. Rehearsals are not formal training but a chance to preview ASU’s new HR and payroll system. The rehearsal runs Sept. 23 to 27. 

The project team will host a kickoff meeting at 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 23, to introduce you to Workday, provide instructions and confirm you have the proper access. 

Please register for the kickoff meeting below by Friday, Sept. 20. You will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link to attend the meeting. 

After the meeting, you will work independently to complete specific scenarios. You will provide feedback on training materials and any messages, help text or guided tours you find in Workday.
