Workday Dress Rehearsal: HR transactions

Welcome to the Workday Dress Rehearsal for the ASU Workday project.

We are excited for you to explore Workday HCM by trying out HR tasks and sharing feedback. Rehearsals are not formal training but a chance to preview ASU’s new HR and payroll system. The second week of the dress rehearsal runs Sept. 30 to Oct. 4. It is focused on exploring HR tasks for those assigned these specific security roles:

• Academic HR Analyst.
• Academic HR Partner.
• Dean/VP.
• HR Analyst.
• HR Partner.

The project team will host a kickoff meeting at 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 30, to introduce you to Workday, provide instructions and confirm you have the proper access. 


Please register for the kickoff meeting below by Friday, Sept. 27. You will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link to attend the meeting.

After the meeting, you will work independently to complete specific scenarios. You will provide feedback on training materials and any messages, help text or guided tours you encounter in Workday.
